Christine has been so great to connect and communicate with as I have been a presenter or mentor at several events at Ion over the last few years.

She is always so appreciative of my contribution and makes myself and other members feel valued.

I admire her passion and enthusiasm for the creative and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Houston and playing an integral part to its success in her leadership role at Ion Houston.

- Scott Engler

I first met Christine at the Ion, innovation and tech hub, where she leads the department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation as Senior Director. During my time working within the Ion ecosystem, she has grown to be a wonderful friend and mentor to me.

Christine is a natural leader and innovator (and world-class writer), with sheer determination, unmatchable work ethic, and an immense creativity that she seamlessly applies across a wide scope of areas. She has been pivotal in growing the innovation and tech community at the Ion district, and in Houston in general—engaging and connecting communities across fields and disciplines—from art to aerospace, music to education, and more. I personally owe many of my recent connections and much of my growth within the ecosystem to her. Anyone who has her as a colleague or mentor should count themselves lucky, as I do.
