Nerds unite! I had so much fun at the Texas Venture Crawl talking with Jennifer Cuello, a fellow CPA focused on the startup/venture space. Thank you to The DEC Network for hosting the event - it was great to finally meet Emma Barnhouse in person and loved meeting Kendall Castillo as well.

Tonight I had the opportunity to join the crowd at the DFW Texas Venture Crawl! As a Sooner in the area for the “Red River Rivalry” OU vs TX festivities, it was great to connect and learn more about The DEC Network, see their future office space, and hear more about the broader DFW venture ecosystem. Congratulations to CS Freeland and team for hosting a successful night of events across the state!

CS Freeland, Texas Venture Alliance:

So much activity going on in Dallas! We appreciate that out of all the events going on the region, The DEC Network was still open to collaboration. They also welcomed more than just Dallas startup community— they served as a convening spot for all the Metroplex’s cities we consolidated to their location from Fort Worth, Frisco, and Arlington. Also very excited for their new huge space right next door that I hope Dallas’ Texas Venture Crawl had a chance to check out. A huge thank you to Kendall Castillo, who we worked with from DEC Network, also overseeing their new CreateFW!
