Professional Biography

Partner and Texas Lead at Moneta Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm investing in innovative technology companies. Currently supporting multiple Moneta portfolio companies in the EdTech and AI spaces.

Prior to joining Moneta, Aasim led the global Energy and Utilities Industry Business Unit at KPIT. Aasim was also an early member of Sparta Consulting, where he was an Executive Vice President and played a key role in growing the company to $100M+ in five years. Previously, Aasim served as SVP of Sales & Marketing at Fujitsu Consulting, a Fortune Global 500 company, where managed strategic M&A activity.

Aasim holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been a proud resident of Austin since 1990. Hook ‘Em
