Texas Venture Alliance Joins Bunker Labs’ America’s Business Mission to Support Veteran and Military Spouse Entrepreneurship

Austin, Texas – Texas Venture Alliance has joined Bunker Labs’ America’s Business Mission to rally business and civic leaders around military entrepreneurship. The initiative aims to connect capital, resources, and networks to the Bunker Labs community of veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs ready to take their businesses to the next level.

Texas Venture Alliance has signed on as an ecosystem partner, promoting resources to veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs. Additionally, Texas Venture Alliance has offered Bunker Labs’ entrepreneurs the opportunity to be promoted at multiple locations on the Texas Venture Crawl, a statewide and simultaneous networking event featuring the greater venture ecosystem of startup support on October 6, 2023. This big-as-Texas event is hosted in 14 cities and 20 venues with several locations hosting pitch events, venture panels, and more.

"America’s Business Mission is a call to action for business and civic leaders to support and connect with veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs,” says Blake Hogan, CEO of Bunker Labs. “Bunker Labs entrepreneurs feature some of the most innovative companies and determined founders in the world. Unfortunately, the nature of their service can create a vast opportunity gap. America’s Business Mission is all about building bridges for veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs to access capital, resources, and networks.”

CS Freeland, cofounder of the Texas Venture Alliance commented on the newly established partnership, stating, “We believe that joining America’s Business Mission is important. It allows us to share our statewide resources and network with Bunker Labs, enabling us to play a role in supporting their work with veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs. It’s important to bridge the gap, create opportunities to connect them, and see them promoted in a big way across Texas. This initiative puts action to our commitment to both economic progress and honoring the service of our military community.”
