Professional Biography

I’m constantly looking to work with the leaders of any given industry, I am lucky to have worked on numerous 'first-ever' capital markets transactions in a wide range of industries including technology, cannabis, REITs/real estate, art (with particular focus on art galleries), luxury goods, SPACs, healthcare/medical devices, and alternative finance, including digital assets.

I believe that I have gotten to work on such cutting edge deals in part because I am a proponent of the philosophy that the best and highest form of business financing for most companies stems from the public capital markets. Indeed, my law practice is built around helping a range of clients - from sophisticated entrepreneurs to institutional enterprises - access meaningful capital raised in the public capital markets in order to innovate, disrupt an industry, enter emerging markets, or even rapidly grow business lines.

As a proven leader, disruptor, negotiator, creative dealmaker, and team player in my own industry, I hope to bring my verifiable commitment to long range planning, detail-oriented work product, strategic risk management, and business-minded analysis of legal issues to bear with more innovators in emerging and growth industries, including issuers, underwriters, hedge funds, alternative investment funds, and other capital markets participants.
