Justin is the kind of professional I would want to be on my team, as he could successfully serve in many capacities. He is a highly effective leader and supporter, even in high stress situations. Although I worked indirectly with Justin over the years, I recognized his many talents and successes building and running a massive operation from scratch. I naturally, as well as many others within our organization, was drawn to his leadership skills and often sought out his guidance or support. Justin is the type of person who recognizes like many successful professionals, there is a time to lead and a time to let others. He recognizes talent, so that a team functions and operates as smoothly as possible, even in complex situations and/or projects.

Justin is the kind of leader I would want to work for or with. He uses his knowledge to the fullest with the ability to recognize deficiencies and apply both tactical and strategic remedies. He is also a big idea person – he thinks about themes and things that inspire. He is a leader and a manager. I have seen him lead by example, pulling his team through difficult transitions to accomplish transformations at a departmental level. I have seen him manage a team member through difficult times, on both personal and professional levels. He is both honorable and relentless in the face of a problem. Justin can easily be the leader a company or department needs to drive positive change and build great teams.
