Professional Biography

Hira Saeed is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Koi.work, a company that helps businesses hire vetted and trained tech talent from Pakistan like a local. She also leads Pakistan’s leading DEI accelerator, CaterpillHERs that helps women build and scale their businesses and careers. She also started Pakistan’s leading tech community called Tech Geeks which has over 16k members.

Her work in the startup and DEI space has been covered by multiple local and international news magazines and recently was recognized by Aurora Tech Awards where she was shortlisted as Top 10 among 400 participants from all around the world. Previously, she has worked with Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship as a GSBI fellow to help build their women’s economic empowerment initiatives in Silicon Valley, USA. She is a former Atlas Corps fellow, a United States-based 501 nonprofit organization that aims to facilitate communication among international leaders in the international non-profit sector.

Over the course of five years, Hira has mentored dozens of startups all over the world to build their content, marketing, and branding strategy. She is currently an active mentor at Founder Institute and National Incubation Center. She also creates content on her social media sharing tips about content, social media tips, and copywriting.

Lastly, she is an advocate for bringing more women into tech and business and has been developing programs and giving talks and workshops to accelerate the same mission. She has been a guest, panelist, and speaker at numerous conferences worldwide of which, the highlighted one is her talk at Netflix HQ where she shared her views on women in leadership.
