Professional Biography

Former operator and accelerator leader turned VC Partner. I'm an operational leader that galvanizes growth through community engagement and go-to-market strategies. I'm entrepreneurially minded and have a get sh*t done attitude. I am an experienced builder, working with startups to bring products to market and expanding that market. I've never met a customer I didn't learn from and I am most successful and happy working with them to build products that solve real problems for them.

I don't like to have a lot of free time, which is why I'm so involved in different aspects of the greater Texas entrepreneurial ecosystem. I believe that entrepreneurship is the key to lift up underserved communities and am passionate about helping these founders build their companies, raise money, and hire people like them.
