Professional Biography

Eiman Siddiqui is a legislative and public policy professional with 8+ years of experience in state legislative politics. He is the Director of State and Local Government Affairs for American Express, responsible for policy and legislation in all 50 states. Previously Eiman was a lobbyist with Austin-based firm, Davis Kaufman where he represented over 25 clients. Before joining the private sector, Eiman was a legislative staffer for three members of the Texas House of Representatives. He was the Chief of Staff and Committee Policy Director for Chairman Oliverson & the House Insurance Committee and worked for Rep. Galindo and Chairman Murphy.

Eiman loves spending time volunteering with local community organizations and is a board member for a Travis County MUD, the Austin Symphony BATS, and the Texas Solar Energy Society. He also serves on the Austin Monitor's Strategic Advisory Board, and as a Volunteer Co-Chair for the Texas Book Festival.

Eiman enjoys competing in online trivia leagues, reading on his Kindle, and getting worse at his golf game in his free time.
