The Rustic Tap, Under the Shade Structure
This “secret” event is for Chief of Staffs of venture capital firms and venture-backed startups to get connected, and is tucked into the larger Austin Venture Crawl event. While many VCs and venture-backed startups will be networking at multiple stops on the Venture Crawl, we’ve carved out a more focused time and space for this specific type of professional.
The CoS role has become more prevalent now than ever in startups & ventures, but the position itself is still very diverse and non-linear. One major commonality is the level of influence maintained within the organization and to the executives. Both new and former Chief of Staffs are welcome, and feel free to invite any relevant contacts to join you here to reconnect. Even if you’re unable to make the event, still register and you will be connected post-event so you can get to know the local CoS community!

While you’re encouraged to visit multiple stops on the Venture Crawl, don’t miss this opportunity from 7:30-8:30pm to meet in person with other Chief of Staffs here on the Crawl. We will meet under the shade patio, by the Texas Mural by the entrance of the bar:
